Editorial policy
These are the rules we hold every article to. They’re also the reason you can trust what you read here.

Our standards
No article publishes on Evexia Health unless it meets all of the following:
- A real, named author. Every article has a named byline linked to an author profile that states plainly what that author is and isn’t qualified in. We don’t publish anonymous or AI-authored health content, and we don’t claim clinical credentials our writers don’t hold.
- Expert review on health claims. Articles that make medical or health claims are checked by a qualified professional before publishing. See how our medical review works.
- Primary-source citations wherever a claim needs one. Every factual or health claim is supported by peer-reviewed research, systematic reviews, or authoritative bodies (for example .gov and .edu sources), listed in a references section. Practical how-to guidance is written from direct use and says so, rather than dressing itself in citations it doesn’t need.
- Honesty about uncertainty. When the evidence is limited, preliminary, or conflicting, we say so plainly instead of dressing it up.
- Freshness. Articles carry a visible “last updated” date and are reviewed on a regular schedule.
How we source claims
We prioritize the strongest available evidence: systematic reviews and meta-analyses first, then randomized trials, then smaller or observational studies, and we characterize each one for what it is. We link to the primary source wherever possible, not a secondary summary. A single small study is reported as a single small study.
Not medical advice
Evexia Health publishes general information for education, not individualized medical advice. It isn’t a substitute for a relationship with a qualified clinician. Always consult a professional about your specific situation, especially before starting or stopping anything.
Corrections
We fix mistakes openly. If an article contains a factual error, email editorial@evexiahealth.org with the article and the issue. Substantive corrections are noted with an updated date; significant changes are described so the record is transparent.
Independence & disclosure
Commercial relationships never buy a recommendation. Where we recommend a product connected to our owners, we disclose it clearly, right at the point of recommendation. The details are on our ownership and disclosure page and in our review methodology.
