Ownership & disclosure
Trust starts with telling you exactly how we make money and where our incentives lie. Here it all is, in plain language.

Who owns Evexia Health
Evexia Health is owned and operated by Hubert Ventures LLC. We publish independent, editorial wellness content. We are not a store, and we are not a brand’s marketing site, but we do recommend products, and some of them are connected to our owners. That connection is exactly what this page exists to make clear.
The two financial connections we disclose
There are exactly two products we feature that have a financial tie to our owners:
- Greco Gum is a mastic gum brand also owned by Hubert Ventures LLC. When we recommend Greco Gum, we are recommending a product with the same corporate owner as this publication. That is a material connection and we disclose it every time.
- Winnow is a buckwheat-pillow brand, a separate company co-owned in a personal capacity by one of Evexia’s two owners together with a partner from outside Evexia. It is not owned by Hubert Ventures LLC, and Evexia’s other owner has no stake in it, so the tie is narrower than Greco’s. But a financial interest held by an Evexia owner still counts under the FTC’s Endorsement Guides, so we disclose it all the same. (Winnow hasn’t launched yet; until it does, our sleep content simply builds the category and grows our newsletter.)
Every other product, brand, or study we mention is included on the merits, with no financial relationship to us.
How we keep recommendations honest anyway
Common ownership is a real incentive, and pretending otherwise would be the dishonest move. Instead, we manage it openly:
- We disclose at the point of recommendation. On any page that recommends an owned product, you’ll see a plain-language notice near the top, before the recommendation, plus a short note at the specific call-to-action. A buried footer link is not enough, so we don’t rely on one.
- We rank on published criteria. Our review methodology is written down and applied consistently. An owned product has to earn its placement against the same criteria as everything else, and we name the trade-offs.
- We don’t overstate. If an owned product isn’t the right pick for a particular need, we say so, and we point elsewhere.
How Evexia makes money
Evexia earns through referrals to the owned products above and by growing an email audience we can serve directly. We do not run display ads, and we do not sell your data. If our monetization changes, this page changes with it.
Affiliate links
Some outbound product links may be affiliate or referral links, meaning we could earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Where a link is to an owned product, the ownership disclosure above always takes precedence. That’s the more important fact.
