About Evexia Health
We’re a small, independent wellness publication with an old-fashioned belief: health advice should be honest, cited, and genuinely useful.

The name Evexia comes from the Greek euexia, a state of good health and wellbeing. That is the whole job: help people make better everyday health decisions, and show our reasoning as we go.
What we cover
We pick three areas and go deep, rather than cover everything shallowly:
- Oral health: mastic gum, the oral microbiome, gums, breath, and jaw health.
- Sleep & ergonomics: buckwheat pillows, sleep posture, neck pain, and better rest.
- Wellness: gut health, natural remedies, posture, and everyday wellbeing.
How we’re different
Most wellness content is written to rank in Google first and help you second. We try to do both, and when the two pull in different directions, helping you wins. Every article is built on the standards in our editorial policy: a real, named author, expert review on health claims, citations you can check, and a plain note whenever the evidence is thin or mixed.
Independent, and honest about our ties
Evexia is owned by Hubert Ventures LLC, which also owns the mastic gum brand Greco Gum. Our founder separately co-owns a buckwheat-pillow brand, Winnow.
